Bei diesem DJ* Workshop mit Käthe und Jonas lernt ihr die Basics des Mixing mit Vinyl kennen: Nach einer technischen Einführung, die euch zeigt, welches Equipment ihr benötigt, wie die Geräte angeschlossen werden, worauf ihr dabei achten solltet und wie ein Plattenspieler aufgebaut ist, werdet ihr dann an die Grundsätze des DJing herangeführt.

In entspannter Atmosphäre könnt ihr euch austauschen und zusammen Musik machen. Bitte bringt eigene Kopfhörer und – wenn vorhanden – eure (Lieblings-) Platten mit! Beachtet außerdem, dass natürlich jede Art von Musik Willkommen ist, die Expertise und der Fokus des Mixens allerdings auf der elektronischen Musik liegen.

In this DJ workshop with Käthe and Jonas, you will learn the basics of mixing with vinyl: After a technical introduction that shows you what equipment you need, how to connect the devices, what you should pay attention to, and how a turntable is constructed, you will then be introduced to the principles of DJing.

In a relaxed atmosphere, you can chat and make music together. Please bring your own headphones and—if you have them—your (favorite) records! Please note that all types of music are welcome, but the expertise and focus of the mixing will be on electronic music.
